Yes, I put statuses on Whatsapp business. Same, if there is any festival or if there is any new product launch in the market or if I have to give any additional information. Mostly I put status about some new products only. Just for 24 hours same as the story. No I don't update it daily just once every 15 or 20 days. Yes, I get enquiry on that.
We faced difficulties related to the business in the beginning. When we wanted to buy materials from somewhere, we had to decide if we were buying at the right rate or not. We made a lot of mistakes initially. What is the rate at which we are delivering to the next customer? Is it cheap or expensive? We had an idea that we were going somewhere wrong, so we fixed that issue. Day by day, there is an improvement in that aspect.
Actually, I work in industrial electrical. I deal with electrical related equipment in the factory. And whatever is needed in the industry, I deal with that particular thing. I also deal with domestic items.
I haven't started it myself. In the field of electrical, we already have a contractual firm. We also have a sister concern firm.
The shop is available online almost everywhere. Just Dial, Google page. There is India Mart. I don't have a website. It is an online page.
You can say that I am busy from 11 to 12. I don't have a continuous retail counter. I mostly supply. I receive enquiries through WhatsApp or email. I work on them and supply. That is my main focus. There is less emphasis on retail.
On Google, I haven't done any specific word searches yet. I have received inquiries in between. If I type a specific word, then you'll find it. However, I automatically receive inquiries in between, maybe about electrical goods. I have listed my main industrial electrical items. I think that's the basis for those inquiries.
First of all, I'll prioritize my staff. Trusting them is crucial for me because they play a significant role in running this business. This is non-negotiable. Even if someone doubts it, I firmly believe that without valuing and trusting the staff, the business will not thrive. Secondly, customer satisfaction is paramount.
Employee Process. For me, employees are very experienced. For example, I have 3-4 employees who have been with me for 15-18 years. In fact, they have been with the company longer than I have. To hire new employees, it is not a complicated process. We don't require a resume. Instead, we inform our employees about specific requirements, such as needing an accountant or someone for sales, and then we find suitable candidates locally. For example, for the position of Accountant, my requirement is basic knowledge of Tally. They don't need to be experts at a professional level. They should have a basic understanding of the terms, and we will help them learn further in 2-4-6 months, depending on our needs.
I don't give money at the starting level, at the initial level, but after some time I do. Everyone's PF is also deducted. We track salary and other things related to staff in Tally software. No, Tally has almost all the features I need. Like PF account, if someone is receiving any advance, everything is there. I have a CA. At the end of the year, the entire employee-wise entry is done. It is done by the CA. We don't calculate holidays properly because we keep them flexible. We try to be strict from our side, but we won't enforce it if they have a proper reason, like not feeling well or anything. Then there is no problem.
What will we do without the customer? The customer is important for every business. For example, if someone wants to set up a new factory or is setting up a new industry, they connect with us, and we handle everything related to electrical work from start to end. Whether it's installation or any specific task that needs to be done, we take care of it completely. For instance, if there is a transformer in the industry, we need to obtain permission from MACD and get it approved. We provide all these services from end to end, ensuring that the customer receives everything they need. We have vendors who supply some of these items, while others come directly from companies like distributors.
As I have already mentioned, we have been in this field since the beginning, so we automatically have customers. In some places, we come to know about new factories or industries. We have our own visits. We get customers from someone who found us online, such as India Mart or Google. Nowadays, people have a habit of searching for products on Google, so we also receive inquiries from there. Almost 50% of my clients are regular. We receive inquiries throughout the year. For example, if a new factory is being built, we provide them with the material for the first time and then we continue to receive inquiries from them. Once a customer becomes a customer, there is a 90% guarantee. We don't have an extraordinary strategy to make new customers regular. Our main strategy is competitive rates. There shouldn't be a problem with the rates. They shouldn't feel that the rate is too high or too low. Even if they feel it is too high, we go and correct it. If we are wrong, we analyze where we went wrong or if the client feels something is confusing because another supplier has given a different rate for a similar product, we address that issue and make necessary adjustments. We continuously seek feedback. If a new industry is formed, they inform us if there are any other problems. If there are problems, and we can solve them, we take necessary actions. However, we don't keep a record of it verbally. If the client stays connected with us continuously, then it is understandable.
We offer maximum discounts to customers based on quotations. If there is an inquiry, we provide a quotation in response. And whenever we need to follow up, we do so. If there is no inquiry, we investigate why there was no inquiry. If the client is willing to share the rate next time, whether they obtained it from elsewhere or found the rate to be higher or lower, we examine that. We handle the inquiries that come to us. In the rare case of a confrontation, if we find a mutual connection between us, such as a shared friend, we sit together and try to resolve the issue. I mean, we work together in a collaborative manner. Yes, it happens mutually.
We communicate with clients through WhatsApp.
In both cases, I will keep both. But if I keep it, it's Vendor. I will keep it on the third. Because the vendor is also important. It is also important to maintain a relationship with the vendor. A relationship with the vendor means assuming that I am continuously dealing with them for a particular product. The major vendor for me is a regular vendor, almost daily or 2-3 times a week, continuously. So, how much do I have to deal with the amount of payment I have to pay? For example, if they ask for a payment of 30 days or 60 days, then it doesn't mean that I always have to pay in 30 days. If I have a trial, there is a plus or minus. So, I have to deal with that. So, I am talking about that relationship. Yes, it's a trust-based relationship. With new vendors, there is some advance payment in the beginning. Or we tell them that if there is any specific guarantor or if we feel so. Rest, we deal with new vendors in cash. We get orders on a mass basis.
I don't remember a major fight with the vendor, but if it happens, I try to solve it. If it doesn't happen, then it remains the same. You have to bear the loss of goods and payment during conflicts. You have to. If I give you a big example, many times, the thing I told them about and the thing I ordered, if they put something wrong, and the vendor doesn't accept it, saying that they won't take a return, then you have to bear it. I keep the record of vendors in Tally only, also for the customers.
In Tally, there is an entry on a daily basis for payments and sales. I have just made a payment. Let's see one or two examples. This is my daily entry. Today is 21st September. There are two entries for today. This is my daily entry. This is the entry for 19th September. This is the entry for some sales. This is the entry for payment. This is Anand Electrical. For example, this is an entry for a quotation. I gave a quotation to the client on WhatsApp. He told me to collect everyone's quotations for a week. I will keep taking quotations on phone from time to time.
Yes, of course, we receive items that we are unable to sell. They become dead stock, which has been with me for a long time. I still have some items from 2012-2013 that are considered dead stock. I keep them with me. Exceptionally, if there is an inquiry or if I try to obtain it from a vendor, I return it. However, that hasn't happened yet. I don't return any products. But it only accounts for 2-3% of the overall inventory. I keep it as it is. If there is an inquiry about a product and I can offer it as a substitute, I do so.
There are important vendors. In my overall vendors, the ratio is 50%. 50% are regular vendors with whom I work all the time. For returns and defective products, I give them directly to the company. The quantity should be appropriate. The terms are 30 days, 60 days to handle money online. NEFT or RTGS. I don't deal with cash or anything like that.
We improve our inventory day by day. We keep track of how much was consumed in the last year. That is also recorded in the same tally. I keep it for myself. Employees give it to me on a daily basis on a regular page. Yes. They give me a list of the quantity they have. It will be completed in a few days. I keep track of it on that basis. We do it on a daily basis. Almost all the staff is involved. Staff sometimes faces difficulties with inventory. If there is an issue with the material and there is no space, will they be able to manage it or will I have to tell them to send it to the warehouse.
If I have a regular customer, then their payment is between 30 to 60 days. And if someone is an exceptional customer and knows me, then they get a little credit. The rest is done on a cash or advance basis. Yes, it's on a cash basis, based on the material and payment. It is completely on my tally. If the rough estimate is normal, then it is made on this. The rest is done on the tally. Because my maximum is fixed. Like GST will be charged. Because whatever material I am getting is coming with the bill. So, the material I am going to get is also on the bill.
I have a CA. Yes, I talk to him monthly. And it is a little more during the audit period. My audit has been recently completed. Yes, it is done. So, during that time, there is some continuity. And the rest is done over the phone. Or if I need it, I go in person. The majority of the work is done online. WhatsApp is used for communication. I don't require much assistance.
Lend to the customer. I do maximum business by loaning the materials. As I told you, DM. Like now, he is making the DM. Okay, that DM will be made. And whatever material has come will go. The DM is the Delivery Memo. I will show you. Material goes on the Delivery Memo. And then I will make the bill later. And then the bill goes. The bill is made in this way. This bill is made. Like Anurag tiles. Its bill has been made. This is the Delivery Memo. And this is the memo. It has a triplicate copy. One copy goes to me. One copy goes when the material goes. And this original copy goes with the bill. So, like this. It has been delivered once on 30th August. So, the bill becomes like this, and then the bill goes to him.
How to determine if this is a loan is also in the system. For example, I will tell you about it. Let me give you an example. This is a letter from the Anurag Tiles party. I will open the ledger for this. These are bills from Anurag Tiles and he has made the payment. So, there is a feature in Tally, F5. If I press F5, then it shows how many days have passed for the bill on that particular day. Yes, it has been entered in it. Once the entire system is set up, Tally automatically provides all the data continuously. I check if the money has been received or not through net banking. So, my first task is to check the entry of the payment that was received yesterday. And on the same day, the same entry is in Tally. Once it is confirmed, then it is the same.
I spend almost the whole day on Tally. Once I have come to the office, Tally will always be on. Always. Morning to evening, as long as the shop is open.
Yes, I have groups. But I haven't joined any group because we receive a lot of good morning messages and all, but I have created a broadcast. So, if I have to send a message, I can send it through the broadcast and everyone will receive an individual message on WhatsApp, and it won't be in a group. They will see that I have messaged them directly. If there is any festival or new product launches, I can use the broadcast to provide them with information. I don't have groups because I think it's very hectic we get useless messages more than work-related messages.
Yes, I work in debt with the vendor. That too in part. I mean, someone has an advance. For example, you get a credit limit of a gold medal in that. And the same RR cable company stays in full advance. You have to pay it first, then the money comes out. It varies from vendor to vendor. If the vendor says that if you make a cash payment, then you will get an extra CD of 2%, 3%, 4%. So, if we feel that we can work with the CD, then we will do the CD. CD means cash discount. If I make an instant payment, then it is 2%, 2%, 3%. That company gives it to everyone. Sometimes I take it, sometimes I don't. There is no bargaining on CD. CD is fixed for everyone. If a company says that our CD is 3%, then it is 3%. We can bargain on the rate. If the discount structure is 50%, then we will say 52%. It also varies in the item as to how much material we are taking.
The same thing applies to customers as well for discounts. If they say that they will buy in cash and take this much quantity, we decide the discount rate according to that. Cash in the sense of cash payment via transfer or in physical cash.
This new electrical center firm is taken care of by me completely and the sister firm that is SRT electrical, I take care of the finances of that firm as well.
For the accounting system, if I come across anything like this, and if there is any additional new software or something that makes it easier, then I switch to that. But as of now, I don't have any problems with Tally. If there is any issue, Tally solves it for me. I have done training in Tally.
Yes, regarding the loan, there is a problem that I am not able to understand: the charges that the banks have. Yes, I don't understand. The bank told me straight away that these things don't happen at the branch level. I saw a charge recently, there was a fee of one advocate, just 15 days ago. The charge is for this month only. The charge was 1500 or 1600 rupees. So I went to the manager and inquired about the charge, what this charge is for? I asked him whether it was an advocate fee. So he told me that the mortgage that you have against CC, that has a valuation every two or three years. So they don't inform us and they charge us directly, and we can't do anything about it. We have to pay it. Yes, the money was deducted. Taking a loan is not the main problem, but it's one of the problems.
The first thing that I think is that do I need the loan? And if I really need the loan then I would like to take a loan from PSU banks. (Public sector banks)
First of all, I try to avoid loans because it feels good when you are getting the money, but it creates a lot of problems while returning it. Once you inject money into your business, it becomes very difficult to take that money out. So, I don't prefer taking a loan. However, if I need a certain amount of money for a specific period, I usually ask someone in my family, such as my mother or father, to borrow that money. I haven't availed any schemes like this. I have seen them, but I think they are a bit difficult and I don't have proper details about them.
If you look at my screen time then most of my time is spent on YouTube. And then I have some broking apps like Sherkhan and Zerodha.
I take advice from my uncle (mama ji) related to business. Because he encouraged me for this so I take advice from him.
I would like to say that I use WhatsApp the most for business, as I must have mentioned WhatsApp two or three times at least. WhatsApp has upgraded itself a lot compared to before. There is also a WhatsApp Business app that enhances your profile and provides it to you, even the basic profiles. I use it on my PC (Personal Computer). The WhatsApp Web feature makes things easy to understand and see. Generally, I don't use WhatsApp on my mobile.
Yes, if you look at the normal WhatsApp, these things are not there. Normally, if you look, these things are not shown. If someone goes to my profile, they will be able to see the location of my shop, the timing, and the email ID. If there is a website, then the option of a website is also there. So this is the profile, showing the products that I have, and I can change it from time to time. See, the different categories that I have, I can put the options there and people can place orders from here only. They can do this; there are a lot of features like this.
Yes, customers can see the catalogue on Whatsapp and they do look at it.
I can't tell you specific benefit of using WhatsApp, but it makes it easy for people to know the location and timing of the shops. If someone is not able to know my location, they can directly find it on WhatsApp. Similarly, if someone is not able to understand the products, I tell them to go on WhatsApp and look at the catalogue there.
With WhatsApp Business, as I told you, these things are there and it looks normal, but it helps a lot in day-to-day life. Whether it's for location or catalog or saying WhatsApp Web, things that I am not able to do on mobile phones, it becomes very easy on PC. Like he had an enquiry that is this thing available in this particular design. So I will reply him that yes it's available. He will ask rate then I will send him the reply.
I have taken photos from Google, Amazon or Flipkart.
People take a screenshot and then send it to me to ask whether it is available or not. So this becomes easy on WhatsApp. If I use my phone, then I'll have to download that photo every time I open it. But in WhatsApp web, this photo hasn't been downloaded; it's just open in WhatsApp web. If I open it on my phone, then I'll have to download that photo before opening it, and the gallery will get full. But on PC, there is no such thing. If I have to download, then I have an option here, and I can download it from here. And let's suppose an excel file or a PDF file, let me give you a sample example. There is a drug factory, so they had an inquiry, and I sent it to them on WhatsApp to check if everything is fine or not. This is the panel that is installed in factories, and I sent them the drawing of that panel and its sizes. So they can check those things and tell me which is a bit difficult in mail, though I have sent it on mail as well, but on WhatsApp, it's easier because he can use it on mobile, and we get an indication with that blue tick whether he has seen the message or not. People usually prefer to open the mail on PC only. So WhatsApp makes that thing handy.
It's been around 3 to 4 years since I got to know about WhatsApp Web, I don't know when it was introduced but since I got to know about WhatsApp Web I using this for work.
Not employees, but my brother and I check WhatsApp. And if there are any inquiries, then I will just send a message to my employees on WhatsApp to check the availability of the product or remove it.
No, I use same number for Whatsapp business and personal. It's the same as of now. I have given my mobile number to a a lot of people so I am not switching it and keeping it as it is.
Yes, I have heard about Telegram. Earlier I used Telegram but mostly all my work is done on WhatsApp because there are few people who don't use Telegram but everyone uses WhatsApp. So that's why WhatsApp is more handy I think.
Yes, yes, video call is very important. That is also a feature of WhatsApp that is very handy. If there is something that is not clear in the photo or something that I am specifically asking for, or if there is something that looks the same but there is a difference in Ampere or voltage, I tell them to zoom in on that specific spot or something like that. Yes, as I told you, the size of the product is clarified through video call. Or specifically, I ask them to tell me what is written there or just zoom in on those areas during the video call.
WhatsApp Web's best feature is that it allows you to use WhatsApp on your PC, which makes it very convenient. Other features are also available, but WhatsApp Web is particularly handy because it is connected to your mobile device. You can send messages through your mobile device as well. If the option is available, I would prioritize using WhatsApp Web. However, if the option of using Tally is also available, I would choose Tally as my first preference.
Yes, Google and Google Maps are there along with it. Google has no competition; it's the best. I'll tell you that if Google weren't there, then all my work would be incomplete. Because when I have to look for a new product, I search for it on Google. If I want to see an image of a product, I look for it on Google. And as I mentioned, after coming to the shop, there are two or three things that are kept on the PC the whole day: Tally and Google are among those things. Then, mail and WhatsApp Web are always on. For example, if I have made this drawing and it was made through PowerPoint, if I face any problem while making this drawing, Google will help me. I will search on Google only. So, Google helps with everything, including finding the correct spelling of a certain word and more.
I search for it on Google only for new products. No, I don't know about any specific website. I just do a normal search and find out where I can get it. And if there is something that I don't know about scientifically, Google also informs me about it.
Yes, the shop is on Google Maps. I have done it myself. I did it a long time ago and I don't open it regularly, but yeah, I do open it sometimes. No, I haven't paid much attention to posting any videos on Google Maps. On Google Maps, it's the same if there is any inquiry or problem. If there is any inquiry, then my result is shown on it.
Yes, whether it's related to shopping, the stock market, personal knowledge, or any other topic, I find information on YouTube. For example, if I want to learn how something is made, Google may not provide that information directly, but it will show relevant search results, and then I can watch a YouTube video to learn how it is made. There are a few stock market channels that I particularly like, such as Finovations and Akshat Srivastav's channel. These channels provide information not only about stocks but also about other investment details. Another channel I follow is Biz Tak, which is a channel by Aaj Tak. These channels provide insights about finance and the economy.
There is one channel from Germany that I watch related to business, I don't remember the name exactly but it has a red color logo. They tell us about new electrical products.
For vendors, I searched on India Mart and Just Dial. However, India Mart is more preferable. There are a few categories like verified and all. So we can determine if they can be trusted or not through that. We don't verify it through just one thing. First, we try to find someone nearby. And then, if someone is from Mumbai or Delhi, we send them an email or call them to inquire about them. To see the products, we have everything divided into catalogs. We simply provide the name of a particular company and the catalog number of a product, and it retrieves that specific product. There is no difference in quality, even if the product is from a specific brand, such as L&T. So we provide them with the catalog number, ensuring that it is the same product and nothing else.
Yes, there is one Vyapar app that I use. It's for specific things where the customer doesn't want a bill or doesn't need it; it's just a simple inquiry or they just want to know the rate. I came to know about this while I was scrolling on my mobile phone, and I saw it. It was very easy, so I took a one-month trial. I liked it. I saw it in ads. I'm not sure whether it was on YouTube or Instagram.
No, I don't search in the app store for business-related apps. They often provide a lot of unnecessary information, whereas I find important things only from here. I receive suggestions or come across something in a YouTube video or tutorial, and this app serves that purpose perfectly.
I can say that I like India Mart, which I am not currently using, but it's a good app. There is one small problem: the enquiries in the app include some unnecessary ones that are not actually enquiries. So, there are those types of customers in that app. If India Mart improves that, it will be better. There are enquiries, but they are not legitimate enquiries. Yes, so those enquiries are not legitimate enquiries. 90% of the enquiries that I receive are like that. Only 10% are legitimate enquiries, but 90% of the enquiries are like that.
India Mart has a paid subscription plan as well and If you buy that once then the type of enquiries that I am getting it comes on search basis. For example if your are searching something and if you specially go to my profile and contact me then you can do it. And if you take a paid subscription then if you search about a particular product then India Mart will immediately suggest you my profile. That this seller is willing this particular product. So you can immediately call me and if you have any enquiry then you can ask me.
My favorites are PhonePe, Paytm, and Google Pay. All of them are available. And mainly, I am using Google Pay and PhonePe, but Paytm is also available. The thing with Paytm is that if it's registered with my phone, I will receive the message even if I'm not there. There is one problem with Google Pay - it's not available on iOS applications. Yes, Google Pay Business app is available on Android but not on iOS.
Recently payments through UPI has increased, small payments that is around 10k rupees. I get those through UPI and the bigger payments are done through Checks and bank transfer
QR codes have brought about a revolution. If someone is giving me cash, they will round it off and QR codes make it easy. For example, if someone has come to buy things and they didn't think it would cost this much money, if they have a particular list of products and they thought it would cost around 20k, but if it exceeds 20k, then they know they have this much amount of money in their account and they can pay me through that. Generally, people have money in their account and no one keeps cash with them. So UPI makes it easier to pay from your bank account.
I get a lot of benefits because of UPI. I receive a lot of instant payments. For example, if I have to accept a payment from someone who is far away and unable to send me a check, or doesn't have enough time to make a bank transfer, they can directly share the screenshot of my QR code. This feature is also available in WhatsApp. With a single click, it shares your banking details. For example, I can send them my details with a single click using this WhatsApp business feature. This option is available. And if I have to send an address, for example, if I do this, then this payment detail is sent to them. We can do it in a single click. They will receive both the QR code and bank details, and they can send me the money in whichever way they prefer. If someone asks me to send them my address, then I can send them the address with the location in a single click. So the address is sent to them in text as well as the location. I came to know about these things Through YouTube.
I have tried Amazon Seller and I am on India Mart, Just dial, almost on all the platforms. I was there for some time and then I wasn't there. I can't say specifically which one is best for my business, but Amazon also has some cons like a high commission. India Mart is a good thing because it doesn't have any premium; I do have to pay a premium. I have to take a subscription, and as I told you, India Mart also has a small problem, which I will call only a small problem. And India Mart can clear it in the coming year. So I can say India Mart is a good platform. And then Google is there, which directly gives you results.
I am talking about Amazon sellers. Even if I set the lowest price, I still don't appear in the top spot in searches. I don't know what this feature is. Moreover, their customer support is also difficult. I can't call them with a single click. It takes time when you have to add new products. Another problem is that if I want to change the information about a certain product, such as the photo or description, it's not easy to do so. Let me tell you what happened because of this. I received an order from Gujarat for a small product. The photo and name were different. I think this can confuse the customer. If I have complete knowledge about the product, then I can understand. So, I received an inquiry and sent him the product, but he returned it a few days later. He mentioned that the photo was different from what was shown. Amazon charges us for shipping if the product is returned, around 40, 50, or 60 rupees. This is a bit problematic because the high commission already narrows the profit margin. For example, if I have a profit margin of 10 to 12 percent, Amazon keeps around 8% and the rest goes towards the shipping cost, leaving me with just 1 to 2 percent.
I guess Amazon people only called me. They must have taken out the information about me from Google. So I registered in Amazon at that time. I have put the product in Amazon and have sold it as well but haven't got much benefit. I tried for almost 2 to 1.5 years. Amazon is also good but I think it's better for the giant sellers. People who are sitting in Delhi, Bombay who are already their vendors.
Online shopping doesn't have much impact on our business as compared to goods like mobile or clothings or general store products. In our business it doesn't have much impact because the products are complex. The industrial products specially. Because the end consumer doesn't have proper knowledge about the product. For example this panel. Consumer just brings his problem and we only have to provide him the solution. So there is a gap in only market. In future it can be resolved but I can't it's not there yet.
When my father was in business, everything was done in writing and bills were not that common. The business was simple. For example, instead of using a hand-drawn picture, we now create it on the computer. We use Tally to generate instant bills, whereas before it used to take time to make a bill. It has become much easier now. Previously, we had to do data entry of the bills in the computer due to VAT (value added tax). But now, with these technological systems, everything has become faster. I don't have to do anything. I just have to look at it from here and we can upload it to the GST portal from here.
My father wasn't convinced in the starting. I learned all the things myself and then he thought that yes I can give him the business so he handed over me. It took three or four years, when I was in college, I used to come to the shop, but I didn't pay much attention and just passed my time. Then, in 2016 and 2017, I started focusing on the business while I was pursuing my post-graduation. I have an MBA, and the things I studied in finance were already applicable here, such as making bills and calculating taxes. I also started going to a Chartered Accountant (CA) to learn more about these things. He would explain those concepts to me, and I would study them as well. It was helpful in both ways. I could apply what I learned practically here and it also enhanced my understanding in college. As a result, my focus increased here, and I received assistance in other areas. I was able to gain a better understanding of finance because both aspects were integrated. The problem in our education system is that we focus on the theoretical part but lack practical exposure. For example, when I was pursuing my graduation, the balance sheet I was taught at that time had changed after 2005. The balance sheet I studied in 2017 was outdated, yet I was still learning the same one. In fact, that balance sheet no longer exists in today's time. These are the issues we face.
I see my business increasing 4X or 5X more than what it is today. I have to do a lot more than this and want to increase it. I want to add many things regarding the products and want to acquire new clients. The things that I am doing right now, along with that, I will include things that are currently being installed at home, such as lighting and more. People spend a lot on lighting, chandeliers, and new tables, among other things. There is a wide range of products, so I will try to add those things. And then there are the things that I am already selling. I mean, from time to time, I get to know new products and we add them to our inventory. So, these things are not available in tier three cities. For example, if I talk about Bhandara specifically, there is no dedicated store for these items. However, I want to offer these products because I already have customers who are interested in them. For instance, when a house is being constructed, customers typically purchase basic products such as wires, switches, and fans. If I stock these items, they will definitely buy them.
