My business has been uploaded online on Google Business, which is why my shop is appearing here.
I had previously listed my shop online, but I have now removed it. Specifically, I had listed it on Justdial. What I mean is that I had created a website for my shop. There was someone who had listed it on a website. The website was active for 6 months, but then it was cancelled. There was someone, someone who specializes in building websites. Yes, they created a website for my shop and assured me that it would be available online, specifically on Google. They mentioned that they would publish it. Yes, they showed it to me. They simply listed it and explained that if someone were to search for it, my shop would appear in the search results. Potential customers could then visit my shop or contact me. This happened around 2015, more specifically in 2015-2016. Unfortunately, the website is no longer available, I believe it has been shut down. I have checked and it is no longer accessible.
Yes, my shop is on Google Maps. We have entered that the Sleepwell mattress will be found in Fafamoa, so a customer can sit at home and search where the Sleepwell mattress is available. Then they will see that the mattress is available at Vinayak Furniture, so they will come to us. I have added it to Google Maps since day 1. I see that the online market is working very well in today's date. An educated person who doesn't have much time will not visit 4 places; they will rather search for feedback on the mattress online. If I talk about the feedback of Vinayak Furniture, you might not believe it. You can check on the internet whether Vinayak Furniture has a 5-star rating or not. Then the customer will also believe that the Sleepwell mattress is good here. They will check in which area the Sleepwell mattress is available, and then they will see that it is available at Vinayak Furniture, so they will come to me. If I don't add it to the internet, how will the customer know? No, sometimes I see the reviews and ratings. I have also added my shop on Just Dial, and it is working there as well.
I sometimes use Google maps, I don't know where the place is. I type on Google Maps and show it to the auto driver that this shop is here. So that’s how they drop me to a place.
Yes, Google and Google Maps are there along with it. Google has no competition; it's the best. I'll tell you that if Google weren't there, then all my work would be incomplete. Because when I have to look for a new product, I search for it on Google. If I want to see an image of a product, I look for it on Google. And as I mentioned, after coming to the shop, there are two or three things that are kept on the PC the whole day: Tally and Google are among those things. Then, mail and WhatsApp Web are always on. For example, if I have made this drawing and it was made through PowerPoint, if I face any problem while making this drawing, Google will help me. I will search on Google only. So, Google helps with everything, including finding the correct spelling of a certain word and more.
Yes, the shop is on Google Maps. I have done it myself. I did it a long time ago and I don't open it regularly, but yeah, I do open it sometimes. No, I haven't paid much attention to posting any videos on Google Maps. On Google Maps, it's the same if there is any inquiry or problem. If there is any inquiry, then my result is shown on it.
I have received reviews about my shop on Google maps. Unfortunately, due to a technical glitch, it is showing as Closed in maps. The actual reason is that there is a company called Just Dial that provides star ratings to shops. It seems that Just Dial has made a mistake in this case. They have created three listings using my number. One listing was created in my name in Sultanpur, and another one was created in someone else's name. When I checked the company yesterday, it incorrectly showed as permanently closed. I immediately raised a query to rectify this error. I had a promotional offer from Just Dial in the past, where I received a one-month trial for free. However, it seems that the person handling my account at Just Dial was not trustworthy. They used my number improperly, manipulating different IDs and causing confusion. I started receiving calls from people asking if I am Super Electronics in Sultanpur, but I had to clarify that I am Sri Electronics. This confusion resulted in the incorrect "permanently closed" status. Now, if you search for Sri Electronics on Google Maps, you will find it. However, due to my inactivity on the platform, I haven't received many reviews. Unfortunately, the reviews I do have are not reliable, as people often create fake reviews or ask others to write reviews for them. In this business, what truly matters are the local area, the quality of service provided by the electricians, our behavior towards customers, and our inventory. These are the aspects that make a real difference.
I don't regularly check my reviews on Google Maps, but sometimes I do. It's currently rated 4.5. Someone must have given it a lower rating from 5 to 4.5. I don't know who posted this review. I have no idea. Someone informed me that my shop is listed on Google. My contact number is also available there. It was posted by someone else. I have a high rating on Google. You can read as many comments as you like. Everyone has written positive comments.
A customer informed me that my shop is listed on Google maps. I receive calls from people who say they found my shop on Google. I receive calls from various locations. I can instruct people to search for my shop's name on Google maps to find directions. Yes, being listed on Google maps has been beneficial for me. You are coming from Allahabad. You have already added it to maps. It will bring you here. You don't need to ask anyone. The number of customers has increased since being listed on Google maps. However, we believe that most of our publicity comes from word of mouth. Word of mouth is when someone tells you to go somewhere, and you can find it there. Google cannot provide that. Customers will only achieve that by connecting with each other.
Customers search my workshop on Google map. My place is 15 kms far from the railway line. Just now only one customer came searching to me on Google map; he called me asked where your shop is, there are many other shops like you here, I want to get my car repaired. He was the customer from MP; he had got transferred here and came to stay here. This is the example I am giving you, many people have transferred and come here like him. He came to my workshop, we took test drive of his car, he wanted us to do servicing of his car as Volkswagen showrooms are not available here. we did good work in his car, he got satisfied and went away.
Yes Google map is important and then there is Google search, if I don’t understand anything about the material, I check it on Google search. Yes. Then there is Rane suspension. I have to download its pdf, I don’t have that. Party has the pdf. Pdf means every vehicle’s all types of details, rate and everything comes in it. I search that directly from Google and download it. There is VR Texting, SKF bearing, if I search for SKF bearing, I will get the pdf there in which rate and everything is there and I download that. Yes. I search for electrical goods, washing machine I told you earlier. Yes, I search for washing machine also I come to know from it about the company of washing machine and its price and everything. Even I search for alignment balancing machine, I come to know its price from there.
Yes, my shop is located on Google maps. People search our shop on Google map and come up; they call me up and come up also. There are some customers who inquire for the price of spare parts from many shops and then come finally to our shop. These types of customers search my shop on Google map and call me up from there. They say they want to get servicing done of their vehicle.
I get many inquiry calls now after I put my shop on Google maps. I don’t remember when it was put on Google maps now but it might be 2-3 years back. Just now you saw Just Dial people had come up, they had come here earlier also. They told me get the app downloaded in front of them but I have not yet opened it.
I have never replied on Google maps. They search my shop on Google map and then contact me on phone. No never. Whatever feedbacks are given there is given by my friends only.
Yes, I know about this WhatsApp and all, I don’t use Facebook that much, Instagram as well, I use YouTube sometimes. I know about Google Maps as well; I have all these apps.
My shop is on Google business. There is a notification on Google Maps that in our area we deal with all the items. First, if they search for fancy, our shop is familiar. I am only in Google business and not on any other platforms. They came from Just Dial and just asked for my number and I gave them the number. I didn’t opt for a monthly subscription. People who visit our shop are local people, since they come to market nearby, they also visit my shop. A person who searches and comes to the shop is very rare in this area. It will be different in Coimbatore city, where people from over all over the place visit.
That shop is on Google maps because, we want to make that grow, this is already growing. The other shop opened last year.
In Google Maps, I have given everything about my shop, shop’s location, opening time, closing time, contact number, everything. I've had a Google account for a long time. I have a Gmail account. I got a message on my Gmail account about this. After opening my shop in 2 or 3 years I did this. From then on I am maintaining it. Sometimes I change the timing. During Ramzan time, closing time will be earlier. As I go to pray, I need more time, so I close it earlier. At that time I will change the timing. Other times the timing will be the same. But, i have not noticed any changes in my business after using Google Maps.
I am going to Indonesia for personal work on the 28th of this month. I will need Google Maps there. I will use it when I am at work.
Yes, the other store is on Google Maps, but not this one, the other one. Yes, we receive reviews. There are some weird customers who come here, asking for sugar. They even ask for milk. In that area, the people are all non-locals. They are workers in that area. There are also many Muslims there. Yes, they ask for sugar at this shop. I get agitated sometimes and tell them that this is a pharmacy. Can't you see the medicines kept here?
I have added Phone Pe and from there I can see everything is shown. I have checked on Google Maps and my shop is displayed there. It's a local business, so people from outside this area don't come here, and Google Maps doesn't have much impact on it.
Shop is there on Google Maps, and once somebody had come to us to take down the phone number. The name of the shop is already there in the front, and they also wanted to know what time we open and what time we close. However, I think that happened 6 or 7 years ago.
So to find my shop, you only have to take a few steps. I cannot really offer anything exclusive that Google Maps cannot help you with. I don't think I can make my presence felt on Facebook or Google Maps. There is nothing that I can put on Instagram or WhatsApp. What I have is very normal and everyday, and you can find it in any mall or in Big Bazaar. You can also find it in other supermarkets. It would have been special if I had made some unique kind of food, and then maybe people could have seen it on social media and come to me from far away. I could have used Facebook to draw attention to my special kind of food. If you walk just two steps away from my shop, you will find another shop just like mine. So, I don't think there is anything special about it, and I don't see why it is important to put it on Google Maps either. The only thing is that people can see my shop in a specific location and use it to come here.
No, I don't have my shop on Google Maps. If they ask me for the location, I send it to them. However, if they call me and ask me for the location, I send it to them on WhatsApp. I thought that I would do something bigger and then come onto maps.
Sales increased a bit after our shop was added to Google Maps. It became easier for customers to understand, especially for those who do not know the address properly.
I didn't do it, someone from the agency came over and added that to Google Maps. I opened it suddenly and saw the shop with the picture on it.
The shop is on Google maps. Yes, I reply frequently to reviews too. Customers find us through google search and come to us in person, they use maps.
My shop is on Google Maps. I don’t think customers come after seeing it there.
