We have a Facebook group called Aryan Traders. All the college teachers are members. I have put up posters of my shop in the coaching centers across the district. All the teachers are connected to the group. Additionally, if you visit any coaching center, you will find our banner there. I also receive support from the coaching centers. All the coaches in the area support me, and I don't have to pay anything for the banner. My father is a politician, so he is well-known in this area and throughout the district. Being his son, I benefit from his reputation without having to explain it to anyone. They all support me.
Customers are crucial to us because our retail shop relies entirely on them. Without customers, we would have no business. We consider customers to be like gods to us, as they are the reason our shop exists. When we first started this trade, people doubted whether we could afford the rent of Rs. 20,000. But now, we have many people here, each with their own shop. We prioritized our customers from the beginning and provided them with what they needed. Initially, when we opened the shop, there were not many people, so we struggled to sell our products. However, we had faith that customers would come, even though the road to Allahabad was still under construction and we had to travel 90 kms to Raniganj. Despite the challenges, I would go to Allahabad three times a week to buy books, regardless of the weather.
My name is P. I have been in this business for 6 years. We have a section for competition books, stationery, and degrees. This is a retail shop. The term "degree" refers to BA, BSc. We provide these books to students. We are the newest shop in Pratapgarh. We are also the newest in the trade. You may have seen many other shops, some with a history of 40 years or even 50 years. However, we are the newest here as we opened this shop just 6 years ago.
Before this shop, I worked in the real estate sector. However, I experienced significant losses in that business, so I decided to quit and start this shop. Our previous company was called High Tech Infra Projects, and it had five directors who are currently managing it. I have resigned from my position and also transferred our land to the company. I have completely withdrawn from the real estate business.
This shop is for rent. Our relative, Mr. Mishra, owns this house. The monthly rent is Rs.20,000. We pay for this shop and the one below, which is used as a godown. Electricity is not included in the rent. There is also a warehouse available for inventory storage.
The most important aspect of our business is our customers. They are like gods to us. Following that, we need to ensure that we have the items our customers are looking for. Additionally, our staff should have good manners and be able to satisfy the customers. We should also consider our regular customers, such as small shopkeepers, who visit us frequently. In order to keep them coming back, we need to have the items they need in stock. Lastly, our staff should have a friendly and helpful nature. These are the things that matter to shopkeepers.
People of all ages come to me. From young children to older children. I also have people who are studying for the IAS exam. I also have people who are starting in the playgroup. You could say that anyone who needs books will come to me.
I used to travel long distances to buy books. I did this to ensure that no customer would leave unsatisfied. I would write down their requirements and make sure to fulfill them within 2 days. This was our way of keeping our customers happy. It has been years since I last visited Allahabad, but in the first two years, I had to go there for three days. This was done to ensure that no customer would be disappointed and that they would not have to return. Another important aspect is inventory. Having enough goods in stock is crucial. If a customer comes and we don't have what they need, they will leave. Additionally, the behavior of our staff is also vital. If our staff is not friendly and helpful, customers will not return. That's why I provide training to my staff on how to interact with customers. Lastly, there are vendors who visit us. We try our best to accommodate them with the goods we have available, but we cannot provide them with items we don't have in stock.
The wholesalers come to our shop, so I don't have to go anywhere. We have different types of goods available, such as Camel, Koras, Unimax, and Renaults. We have their distributors, and their executives come to us with their orders. We deliver the goods and place the order accordingly. Today's order is written shop-wise, listing the items they want. For example, those who come for Koras. Along with retail, we have also started wholesale. We have already delivered the available items, and for the ones that are not in stock, we will place the order. The goods will arrive in two days. The same applies to books.
In retail, let's say we have goods for competitive exams. We receive these goods on Monday. We send the requisition of the day to Allahabad in the evening. The bundle arrives on Monday morning at 8 am, including books and other stationary goods. Stationary goods come directly from the company, usually 3-4 times a month.
I was invited to the housewarming and launch event of this building. It was a busy time for both my business and this new one when we opened together. When I came here for the launch, I realized that this area is right in front of the college. Our house is connected to educational institutions like inter-colleges, primary schools, and engineering colleges, where all the professors are. The launch event was for this building. So, when I came here, I thought that this place is very good. It would be great to have a bookshop here. I was convinced that whoever starts it, it will be successful and the business will grow. Whatever is done here will be fine.
I believe this location will be suitable because there is a college in Pratapgarh, which is the only degree college in the area. However, the college closes at 3 pm, so I suggested that you come after that time to ensure we can have a conversation. When the college is open, there is always a crowd of children, which is my busiest time. Therefore, it would be best for us to avoid talking during that period.
The building was opened. When we moved from real estate business, we decided to start it here. I thought they would charge a high rent for it. However, our relatives insisted on not accepting anything less than 20k, as they were already receiving that much in rent. They also didn't ask for the deposit of 1 or 2 lakhs. So, I agreed and we began the work. It was a difficult time at the beginning, but soon after starting the business, my father became very ill. We had to take him to Gurgaon and admit him for about a month. This happened within a year of starting. Fortunately, he recovered there. Things are going well now.
At the start of a business, the primary issue is that customers are not aware of you. They are not familiar with your brand. When a new shop opens, customers tend to stick with the familiar options like Agrawal Book Depot, the old bookstores. Our challenge was to attract children to our shop. To tackle this, we created a Telegram group specifically for kids.
Yes, we have a group named Arihant on Telegram. We began linking the children to that group. Initially, we connected the children using WhatsApp. However, we encountered an issue where the girls' data was being leaked. To resolve this problem, we switched to connecting the children through Telegram. By doing so, we were able to hide the girls' numbers and connect the children without any issues. Unlike WhatsApp, which displayed the number of the person calling me, Telegram did not have this issue. Therefore, I decided to connect the children through Telegram.
We obtained the students' numbers from the counter at the place of sale. We scanned the numbers of the children. The girls approached us automatically. We only do this in Pratapgarh. The children come to us with a query - they want a specific book but cannot find it anywhere. So we advise them to join the group and add their book to it. Once the book arrives, we will place an order and notify them. They can then check if it has arrived or not. As I cannot answer everyone's calls, we encourage them to submit their queries. We reply to these queries ourselves, as it was our own idea and no one told us to do it. We have never been shopkeepers, but rather focused on customer service. Our first job was in customer service, aiming for customer satisfaction. We strive to satisfy anyone who comes to us, especially when they show us the book they are looking for. We receive a lot of satisfaction from helping them and request them to provide feedback. We address the queries of the children and respond to them accordingly. Here are the queries from the children and our replies.
We receive various types of inquiries, including online forms, competitions, and degree-related inquiries. Additionally, there is a series of exams in MA, and we also receive books and question papers. We also handle inquiries related to MCIT and there is a vacancy for Delhi Police. In summary, we handle a wide range of queries.
I am the first person in my family to start a business, so I had to take more risks. I was afraid of failing, but I had faith in myself that hard work would lead to success. My family, including my late grandfather who was a railway officer, supported me. When I started, I had about 3.5 lakh rupees. I began from a small position with funds from my previous real estate job, which included a provident fund (PF) and employee leave travel (ELT) benefits. It was like having a job. Later, the Prime Minister gave me 8 lakh rupees and a credit card (CC), which I'm still using. I started with that money and my initial savings of 3-4 lakh rupees. It has been a long journey, but I'm still going strong.
I connected with my suppliers early on by training in another shop. There's a shop in Patti called Raju Provision. They have the same shop. My uncle lives in a remote village. I informed him about my plan to start this business. He said it's a good location. I expressed my lack of knowledge about the business. He suggested that I come and observe his shop. He mentioned that I can get certain items from there. I mentioned my plan is not to start from there. The challenge is that all the products need to be paid in cash. If someone doesn't know you, they won't give you a loan. As a newcomer in the market, the market in Pratapgarh is very tough. Previously, we used to operate on a cash basis. However, now we receive orders and get paid within a month. We are receiving support.
The other issue is that the other booksellers here are extremely impolite. Regardless of whether you're a teacher or a coach, they treat you just like any other customer. On the contrary, we warmly welcome people and offer them tea. However, this is not reciprocated. If you engage with someone in a polite manner, it can make a significant impact. So, why would they redirect you to someone else? After all, they are sourcing books from us. We are responsible for delivering books to them. Unfortunately, no one else provides this level of service.
We acquired the Physics (Walla) franchise. Subham Tripathi is the Physics executive from Allahabad. He advised me to contact Physics. Children purchase books and subscriptions and are knowledgeable about various courses such as NEET and IIT. They have provided a referral code, and if a student makes a purchase using that code, I receive a 5% commission. They have also sent books, including NCERT and solved NEET papers.
The reason I chose to go for a Physics Wallah franchise was because there was an opportunity after COVID-19. He is ranked 36th and is the wealthiest person globally. Specifically, he holds the 36th position in India. I believed it would be advantageous to connect with him, and it has proven to be so. I earn between Rs. 3000-4000 per month. They didn't take any action. The board is available for free and the lights are on. In fact, we moved our board to the upper floor and provided them with space because my name has become well-known in the last 5 years. Physics Wallah students often come to see the board. If you ask any student who is preparing online, they are likely taking a course with Physics Wallah. Around 90% of students in Uttarakhand are Physics Wallah students.
For regular customers, you should behave well. If a customer comes and says, "We don't have Rs.10 or Rs.20, we only have Rs.500. We will come and give it to you the day after tomorrow." I will say, "Okay, that's fine." They will come and give it to you. If they are giving Rs.500, why won't they give Rs.20? They don't have it, that's why they are unable to give it. Then they will come and give it to you later. When you come in the morning, my shop opens late. We open at 9.30. Yes, 9.30. The other shops open at 8.30. The kids wait for me. Even if they can get the book from the shop next to mine, they won't take it from the other shops.
The children wait for me to open the shop and they don't go anywhere else because they get it at the right price here. Our price is correct. Everyone gets it at the same price. It's not like if someone comes, we give it to them separately. Here, people know that this book is only available with me. No one else has it. Within the maximum retail price (MRP), we will increase it. We will do it within the MRP. But we will only give them that much. For example, if we offer a 25% discount if it's above Rs.250, then there is no problem. We will do it. But what do other people do? They might or might not give a 10% discount. We have a fixed rate that we will only do this much. It's a one-time thing. We don't do it for free. We have written it down. Fixed rate. If you don't have it, you can give it later. If it's a large amount, we will write it down. We will give it to you. You can give us the number.
We record the credit given to customers in our diary. We simply write down their name, mobile number, and the amount they need to repay. It's a small amount. I can see that I'm not losing anything. It's a 50% discount, so I'm not losing anything even if they run away. In the past, some people have run away and caused losses, but it's not like that anymore. When I was new, one of my staff members, Suraj, quit his job. He was new and so was I. There are two rates for Kiran books, the SSC ones. There's a rate for the top and a rate for the bottom. The original rate for the top was Rs. 500 and for the bottom, it was Rs. 300. Suraj sold the book for Rs. 300 without checking the actual price. I asked him why he sold the Kiran book for such a cheap price, and he said he didn't know the correct price. He thought they were regular customers. He also mentioned that two girls would come, but they never did. It's alright though, as it only cost us Rs. 200-300 each. This kind of thing happens in schools too. There was a Muslim guardian during the school season who needed to pay around Rs. 8000 for three children's books. He told me that he only had Rs. 4000 and that he wouldn't lie and give me the rest because he was fasting. Fasting is very important for Muslims, and they don't lie during this time. So, we sold him the books, but he never came back. I don't know if he was actually fasting or not, but he did confirm that he was Muslim and fasting. There are people like this, and we have to consider both honest and dishonest individuals. Yesterday, a girl got her form filled and paid Rs. 750. She gave me Rs. 400 initially, and today she sent me the remaining amount. In return, I gave her the printout of the online form.
We offer two payment options: Google Pay and Paytm. We used to have a card machine, but we closed it because it was only free for transactions up to Rs. 30,000. After that, they charged around 2%. Moreover, if someone wanted to pay with a card for a Rs. 30,000 transaction, we couldn't process it. The card machine had some issues and had a monthly rental fee of Rs. 200. However, they have now discontinued the card machine and replaced it with a new system. The new system charges Rs. 200 plus 2%. These were the problems we faced. Since the launch, I have been using QR codes for payments.
The concept of using QR codes is intuitive. When you open an account, the bank provides you with a voucher. Nowadays, even paan shops are utilizing QR codes, which have been around for about 4-5 years. I'm not referring to a distant past.
I use Paytm, Google Pay, and Paytm. I use all three payment methods. I have a current account and a savings account. Specifically, I have two current accounts. With three accounts in total, I utilize all of them. Additionally, I have a savings account. If the amount is excessive, I use the savings account for payment. Furthermore, I request customers to make payments to that account. I have a savings account to receive payments for filling out any forms. The payment amount is Rs. 1,400. All the children are filling out a form here.
We maintain a record of our available cash on hand and write down the expenses for the next day. Additionally, we keep track of our overall expenses and the remaining balance. Furthermore, we also keep a record of the funds in our account. We diligently record your daily sales, whether they are made in cash, through Google Pay, or Paytm, and jot them down in a diary. We carefully note down all expenses to ensure accurate record-keeping.
We use an app called Vyapaar for inventory management. It helps us keep track of the items that come in and automatically notifies us about customer requirements. If multiple children come in and ask for the same item, we make sure to keep a record of it. For example, Link's Pentonic pen is a popular seller. Neo2X is another popular brand. We have pens that are priced at Rs. 3, and they sell very well. These pens are disposable and in high demand. Ruff and Spiral Notebook are also top-selling items, so we always make sure to have them in stock. Whenever these pens run out, we either go and restock them or call to have them delivered. We are aware of their popularity and make sure to replenish them in a timely manner. However, we don't directly purchase the Rs. 3 pens. We have local vendors who supply them to us.
There are some books that don't get sold, but if we get them back, that's fine. That's why we keep them. These are school books. This particular book didn't sell, as the kids who wanted to buy it already purchased it in September. If a book doesn't sell, it's a loss for us. However, if it comes back, it's fine. It's gone now, which means it's a loss for us and we have to bear that loss. Unlike books, magazines and chronicles don't get returned. We know that we can sell 100 of them in a month, so we'll only order that quantity. There is a high demand for magazines.
When we started, we had a list from Scholar's Academy, which is a renowned institute that prepares students for the UPSC exams. Following their advice, we gained insight into what items to stock in our shop and what items to sell. They specifically recommended magazines such as Yojana, Kurukshetra, Drishti, Chronicle, Darpan, and Vision IAS. Initially, we started with just 1-2 magazines, but gradually increased the variety to 10, then 20, and now we sell a total of 100 magazines. They informed me about the quality of Laxmikant's work and Ravesh Singh's expertise in economics. They provided me with the entire list and instructed me to retain it. We will inform the children to purchase it. If you retain it, you will be able to sell it. Therefore, we kept it from the beginning. We kept the magazine, as well as the motivational books. We also kept "Agni Ki Udaan" and many other items. Additionally, there is a very famous book called "Dark Horse.”
We don't keep a large inventory of items. Our stock levels are low, and we sell products based on a specific range. We don't maintain a wide variety of stock. Instead, we focus on catering to the needs of our local community. We prioritize selling items that are in demand, such as degrees or competition-related products. However, we do consider the needs of our customers and ensure that all customers are attended to. If a product is available in the market, we can also source it for our customers. However, it's important to note that we don't keep every item in stock.
For marketing purposes, we initially advertised in newspapers. We included photos and placed advertisements. We tried various strategies, including filing complaints. Initially, people would respond through the newspaper. However, we no longer utilize this method. We have ceased these activities. Now, if someone approaches us during Diwali and requests a deposit of Rs1000/2000, we provide it and they place the advertisement.
I use Google. For example, a student told me that this book belongs to this writer. Yes. I don't know anything about that book. I asked him if he has a photo of that book. He said no, he doesn't have a photo of that book. He said he knows the name of the writer. Then we display on the screen that this is the writer's book. We find a picture of that book. Then we take a screenshot of that picture and send it to Allahabad. Okay. This is one of the advantages of using Google. There are many other benefits. If I have to go somewhere, I use Google. I use Google for my shop.
Yes, I search for books online using Google. Sometimes, I can't find a book in Allahabad. I check how many books are being sold online. Sometimes, children lie to me about the price they found online. They say, you are giving 700 rupees. You can get it for this much online. So, I quickly verify if they are selling it for that price. Yes, if they are selling it, then it's fine. There is one more thing about online shopping. Many duplicates are being sold online. Yes, a lot. We cannot sell duplicates here in the market. But online, they are selling everything. When a child brings a book, he says, Brother, what you gave me was of good quality. And what we got online is the same. Yes, online products are not good. Okay. So, Google helps us. And we have to rely on Google almost every day.
We have two IDs available on Facebook. One is in the name of P (Personal). When we opened the shop, we had 5,000 friends. So, we made another ID in the name of Aryan Traders. I only post personal things on my P ID. Today is my son's birthday. It's my brother's wedding. Today is my marriage anniversary. Today is my birthday. It's my wife's birthday. Okay. When I go for Darshan or an outing, I upload my photo there. In Arihant Traders, we also upload photos. We don't post anything new. We have a B.Ed form. If there is any B.Ed counselling, I inform students through our Facebook page. So, we also post about that..
The number of customers has increased, but not significantly due to competition from Facebook, which has a large user base and occasionally inquire about books through Messenger. While some sales are generated through this channel, they are infrequent. Here is the ID of Aryan Traders, and you can see a photo of it (showing Facebook posts). I have made some posts, including one about Pradhanacharya's visit to Entry College. He was celebrated on his birthday and received an award yesterday. Challenger Point has shared this information. There is a prominent coaching center here, which they have also posted about. These posts are from Scholars Academy and the coaching center. Pradhanacharya is a well-known coach, and many students prefer to study here. I have made a post about it.
The YouTubers in this community have shared videos featuring our shop. One of them is Dinesh Pandey, who is currently conducting a class. During his visit, he also conducted an interview with me and created a YouTube video. As a senior teacher, he announced the opening of our new shop and promoted it. As a result, we received numerous calls and attracted many customers. In his video, he assured viewers that we can help solve book-related problems. Thanks to his promotion, we gained a lot of new customers from his channel.
We didn't use YouTube. Sudhakar Shrastho is a YouTuber who also coaches at the high school. He has talented students. Sudhakar made a video showcasing our shop and mentioned that viewers could find books here. He uploaded the video on his channel. People visited our shop based on his recommendation. Since I often met Sudhakar, who is a teacher, he expressed his interest in creating a YouTube video about my shop. I agreed to his idea.
Around 1-2 years ago, I created a Facebook page for my store. When we reached 5000 friends, I decided to convert it into a page for Arihant stationery. I have been using technology since the beginning, without any guidance. It was my own idea.
I don't regularly check my reviews on Google Maps, but sometimes I do. It's currently rated 4.5. Someone must have given it a lower rating from 5 to 4.5. I don't know who posted this review. I have no idea. Someone informed me that my shop is listed on Google. My contact number is also available there. It was posted by someone else. I have a high rating on Google. You can read as many comments as you like. Everyone has written positive comments.
I want to connect with Amazon so that people can discover us beyond Pratapgarh. By leveraging technology, we can expand our reach and connect with people outside our local area. This will enable people to connect with us and benefit from our services, even if they are not in Pratapgarh. Our connection has already brought satisfaction to the children.
Even a child said that his bag was lost here. It had 4,000 rupees in it. So, the bag was stolen. It was stolen. So, he came running. He had left his bag here. So, I told him to search for it. He said that it's not here. It's missing. So, I informed him that it's missing. I checked the CCTV camera footage. After a while, a customer arrived. He noticed the bag. He took it quietly and left. Alright. How did he get caught? He made a purchase from the store. He paid us using Google Pay. Okay. I have his phone number. He was a government employee. Look at his foolishness. He stole a small amount of 4,000 rupees. He got caught. I called him. I asked him to return the bag. He asked me which one. I told him that I have the recording. I mentioned that I will file a complaint. The police will handle it. He didn't come back. He probably sent it through some other method.
A customer informed me that my shop is listed on Google maps. I receive calls from people who say they found my shop on Google. I receive calls from various locations. I can instruct people to search for my shop's name on Google maps to find directions. Yes, being listed on Google maps has been beneficial for me. You are coming from Allahabad. You have already added it to maps. It will bring you here. You don't need to ask anyone. The number of customers has increased since being listed on Google maps. However, we believe that most of our publicity comes from word of mouth. Word of mouth is when someone tells you to go somewhere, and you can find it there. Google cannot provide that. Customers will only achieve that by connecting with each other.
I listed my store on Amazon, but at that time we only had one staff member and couldn't manage it. Amazon informed us that they would send us orders, but we were unable to fulfill them due to a lack of staff. However, we are now capable of handling it. If we reconnect with Amazon, we will be able to fulfill orders. It is also part of our future plan to do so. Yes, we did receive orders from Amazon, but we couldn't deliver them because we didn't have enough employees. This shortage of staff was a significant challenge for us. Additionally, we were facing difficulties due to my father's health issues. As a result, our shop was frequently closed during that time, causing us to encounter various problems. Unfortunately, during that period, my grandfather passed away and my father fell ill. This forced us to temporarily abandon the Amazon store. However, we still receive calls from Amazon, and we are determined to resume working with them. We have our ID and if you are interested, we can collaborate together to fulfill orders.
Now we have a group of shopkeepers on WhatsApp. This group was created when we started the wholesale business. (showed the WhatsApp group). Yes, I created this group. The group consists of small stationary shops in various locations, such as Babugand, Amethi, Chanda, Pratapgarh, and outside these areas as well, including Chutanpur, Amethi, and Jaunpur. We created this group to promote our new shop and facilitate communication with potential customers. The idea was to inform people about the presence of our new shop and make it easier for them to find us, especially when visiting the wholesale market.
I provide my WhatsApp number to the kids (customers). If I am unable to answer their call, I ask them to message me on WhatsApp. Sometimes, due to a large crowd, they are unable to reach me via call. In such cases, I give them my WhatsApp number. If they ask about a specific item, we reply to them confirming its availability. If it is not available, we inform them when it will be available.
We continue to share updates on WhatsApp about any new information, whether it's in the form of news, updates, or book availability. There are numerous advantages. (Showing WhatsApp). We get orders through whatsapp status. There is a book by Piyush Vashney on reasoning. It is a famous book and currently has a discount of 30%. We shared the good news that Piyush Vashney's book is now available at a 30% discount. Everyone became aware instantly that they can now avail a 30% discount. This discount has increased from 20% to 30%, as mentioned by the shopkeepers. (showing the WhatsApp status)
There were two reasons to become a wholesaler. One reason was that retail was not enjoyable. There was a wholesale shop near our shop called "Competition Book Center". The owner of the shop passed away and his wife has cancer and is in critical condition. After his death, local shopkeepers advised me to take over the business, as I already had everything I needed and they would also buy from me. They were coming from Mithi, Patti, Chanda, but they were not finding what they needed and had to go back. Other shopkeepers in the area were so dishonest that no one wanted to go to their shops. The shopkeepers encouraged us to start this wholesale business.
Yes, we face competition from online sellers. When kids ask me how much it costs, I tell them there is no pressure and they are free to buy it on Amazon or Flipkart. Duplicate products are sold a lot.
I recently started using the Vyapar App. Before that, I used to keep paper bills. One of my friends, is the head of Vyapar App. He recommended that I use the Vyapar App as it would make things easier for me. After trying it out recently, I really liked it and would recommend it to others. One of the great features is that I no longer need to search for bills to check the prices of items. They provide me with the rates directly. So, whenever I need to know the rate, I simply ask them. The app also helps me keep a record of my transactions, which has solved many of the problems I used to face. We started using this app about a week or two ago, and it has been a positive change for us. Previously, we used to do everything manually, including billing and receiving items directly in my name from the supermarket.
Gradually, we have reduced our involvement in school work. Previously, we used to work in schools, but there are many risks associated with it. Books can be lost and there are payment issues. It becomes a hassle and we have to bear significant losses. We have to pay the payment party, but the school often doesn't pay. It feels like all the burden is on us. As a result, we are shifting away from that line of work and focusing more on our stationery business. We plan to expand it further and eventually open our own shop. Currently, we are searching for a suitable location nearby, not necessarily in Pratapgarh. We are committed to staying in this area and establishing our own shop.
The rent is going up. We'll save money by doing that. If we move in there, we can start working earlier. Customers won't need to return. Having our own place will be enough. We can make adjustments as needed. We're getting three partitions. It will be operational soon.
We will acquire three large racks that can be used for placing items on top. This will provide ample space for spreading out items. We have already begun with this plan and have only added more iron racks. Everything else remains unchanged. Our recent plan is to increase these items. We are determined to achieve our goals and will put in our utmost effort.
I have a son and a daughter. My son will play cricket. My daughter's goal is UPSC. She is preparing for UPSC. We are not sure who will achieve it. We have not decided yet. I have a brother. He is studying BTech in Ghaziabad. This is his final year. We have not thought about the future yet. Currently, it is just us. We need to wait and see.
