I manage work alone. I request 2 or 3 days for repairs. If the customer wants, they can leave their vehicle, or they can take it away.

All the customers who send their list on WhatsApp to us, we keep their items aside. One of my friends, is the head of Vyapar App. He recommended that I use the Vyapar App as it would make things easier for me. After trying it out recently, I really liked it and would recommend it to others. One of the great features is that I no longer need to search for bills to check the prices of items. They provide me with the rates directly. So, whenever I need to know the rate, I simply ask them. The app also helps me keep a record of my transactions, which has solved many of the problems I used to face. We started using this app about a week or two ago, and it has been a positive change for us. Previously, we used to do everything manually, including billing and receiving items directly in my name from the supermarket.

Yes, I face problems with mechanics sometimes it happens but next day they come to the job. With stock maintaining boy also sometimes I talk roughly when I am not in my mood but after sometime everything becomes normal. If his mind would be disturbed, he would speak up something to me also. Next day we all become normal. Now-a-days the atmosphere has become such, everything seems to be in tension only. I let go things and behave normally with them next day. I feel we all have to work together only. Sometimes while making fun the discussion happens, sometimes the customer would talk to them roughly. Sometimes customers do not feel satisfied with the work of my mechanics so they get angry and I have to explain to the customers that there was some other problem in your car and so other part has got damaged.

No, didn’t face any problem with the vendors but we face problem with the customers. Sometimes customers irritate us very much. They keep on moving around us frequently, once we tell them that you will get the vehicle after 4 days, they keep on coming to our shop daily. They come and say you have not even touched my vehicle, we tell them that we have told you you will get your vehicle after 4 days so you will get it anyhow.

Notifications are on for all the apps. I receive the message automatically. It is not necessary to open the app. It will send me voice notifications. It's available in all the apps. It is there in Paytm, Google Pay, and PhonePe. If we turn on the internet, we receive messages automatically. If it is received it says it is received.

I have a family and my husband is also part of it, so this is a common situation that applies to everyone. I use YouTube for cyber-related purposes. I don't need anything else.

Yes. That's something much needed because there are many students who want to print out the photo. They need the photo for school or college projects. They would give me the chart and ask me to print them out for color prints. I don't understand the meaning of half of the images. So, I search on Google to find them. For example, if you give me 10 names of images I need to get, I search for them on Google and then print them out. Sometimes they can't find the image they want, so they give me the name and I have to search for it on Google. Most of the time, it's students who ask for this service, but there are also other customers. Since I work in Cyber, I have to use Google for sure. There are many things that I don't know and have no idea about. When I don't know how to do something, I search on Google and YouTube to learn how. When someone comes to me for form fill up, I have to search for it on Google, get the link, and then fill up the form. Some customers know how to fill up the form, but most of them don't, so I have to do it for them.

When there's a crowd in the shop and a customer asks for something but then leaves without taking it, that can be a cause for concern. Both of us are there, along with the staff, and we manage it. Customer may have asked for something from behind. Now I am handling two customers here, and there are also some other people here. Meanwhile, he is also handling two customers. I need to keep this in mind and be active when there are more customers. Both the brain and ear should be active. Then, I should also keep in mind whether she got what she wanted or not. I may ask her to stay for 5 minutes, and then she can go to another shop where there are fewer people.
