Are they happy with how the business is going

I like my work; to repair vehicles. I like to work on engines. Engine repairs. There are many parts in engine. If I say engine, it means all the parts.
In my job, I enjoy repairing mobile phones. This includes replacing broken displays and fixing phones that are not working properly.
Yes. I have peak seasons during Diwali, Rakshabandhan, Teeja, Navratri, and Holi. I do small business during festivals. I keep something in the shop during 'Teeja', and I keep 'Abir' during Holi.I keep garlands of God during Diwali and Dusshera. Garlands are available for decorating at home. Stickers and rangoli are also available. Yes. I buy things according to the festivals. I do everything according to 'puja-paath'. I do not do anything extra; I keep something in the shop and not waste it in a year. Sales happen during festivals. But no matter how much we wish, it would never get fulfilled. I am self-satisfied, nice, and healthy. There are no issues.Yes. I have peak seasons during Diwali, Rakshabandhan, Teeja, Navratri, and Holi. I do small business during festivals. I would like to make a change in terms of managing finances. I will close one thing. There is another shop that has opened there, and they are making sales there, so we will close the undergarment shop. I will close this shop and focus more on developing the pooja store. This money will be saved, and I will use it for the pooja shop. In this case, the payment is higher. I will concentrate more on the pooja shop. We will gradually make money by selling it. If we get 4 to 5 boxes of undergarments, then I have to spend 5000 rupees. The profit is lower in this case. It is 5 to 10 rupees for one piece and not more. The profit is lower because it is being sold everywhere. There are some branded items for which you don't get a profit. They have mentioned the MRP on it. I can earn more profit on pooja items. The thing is, I have started enjoying the pooja work. I would like to do things that make me happy. The person in the front takes the undergarments to Bangalore, and there it is sold at MRP. Here we get it at half the rate. The quality is different everywhere, but the city is very good.
Business has been good. It was good three years ago, and it is still good now (after three years). Customers have increased, maybe because I have added more items. I have increased the inventory by adding more items, so the number of customers has increased. People are getting whatever they want. Yes, they have a list, and they get everything on the list. They know that they can come here and find everything they need.
There are some things that are important to keep a business running. If your language, behavior, product, and signs of respect are good, then your shop will not close. It will continue to work with God's grace, and with God's grace, it is working well.
I started with 20 sarees at home, and I used to call people and tell them that I had clothes from Kolkata. I would invite them to come and see. At that time, I didn't use online platforms, so I would just make phone calls. I had friends who liked wearing super net clothes, so I would call them. I had the numbers of anyone associated with the Maarwadi Sangathan, including my mother-in-law and my father-in-law's friends. I would call them and let them know what I had. When they came, they would appreciate my collection. Gradually, I started feeling more confident and decided to expand my collection and sell more clothes.
I decided that I wanted to open a shop. There were problems in the house. The house isn't big, so it used to get congested. Customers used to come, and children were also there. I faced problems. I asked for my husband’s support and told him that I wanted a shop. So I got furniture made. With everyone’s help, I set up this shop. I started with 20 sarees. I don’t have a lot, but it's enough for me. I sell antique clothes, and whatever money comes in, I use to get more stuff. I don’t want to become a big businessman. I want people to like it, and I will eventually get there. Right now, I want to tell more people about what I sell, which are pure fabric clothes. I want them to come and check and tell me how good it is to wear during the summer. I don’t want a lot of profit or a big shop.
It is good work. Secondly I had some technical knowledge about this work. I had interest in this so I chose this business. I have interest in cars very much and that is the reason I started up this business.
To create trust in customers, I tell them whatever parts we are putting is genuine, I give them satisfaction, I assure them if anything happens come to me, I am there to help you. I tell them you can call me and we can come to your house and check it. In payment I give discount and give him satisfaction.
The thing is, I have been doing business since I was a kid. That is why I like business more and why I opened this business. Yes, my dad opened a Kirana shop, and I used to help him in that business. That is why I like businesses.
Transition from the Kirana store to this has been fine. I think this business is good because if we provide good medicines to the farmers and it benefits them, then I feel good. Yes, I feel happy, and my business depends on them. If they earn money, then I will also earn. Because this business relies on the farmers. If the market is down, then my business also goes down.
Success is like when you have more customers, then you are successful. They increase automatically if you handle the customers properly. If you provide them with proper medicines and everything, and if you build that trust, then you will get more customers.
To be frank, money keeps me active. I like doing this business; I have an interest in it. I enjoy providing service to people. We keep our shop open for 365 days; we never take a holiday. Even if there is any function, we keep our shop open. After attending the function, we come back to the shop. We only take a holiday on the second day of Diwali and Holi. We never take a holiday on national holidays either. If anybody is poor and doesn't have money but needs medicine, we give it to them free of cost. We think it won't make a difference to us if we serve 1-2 persons free of charge. If their needs are fulfilled, we feel content. They will at least speak well of us somewhere in society, saying that we didn't charge them.
There are many businesses, but I know a lot of women, and I do social work, so I know even more women. I enjoy working with women and believe that the more, the better. That's why I have chosen to specialize in clothing items that women commonly use, such as sarees and kurtis. I keep a wide range of products that cater to women's needs.
What I like about the business is that I can easily connect with people, and we can face many individuals, which allow us to learn various things. Having a basic foundation in business is essential, as it helps us face any challenge. Each customer reacts differently, and in the beginning, their responses used to trigger my emotions. However, I've learned how to handle it; perhaps it's common sense. Initially, I didn't know how to manage situations or customers.
